TOM SCHULZ
is the founder of various enterprises, including Cybernet, which is publicly listed on both Nasdaq and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Neuer Markt), and Infobahn International GmbH, Munich, which offers consulting and technology transfer for CORBA and JAVA.
He is a co-founder of BayNet World, Inc., Palo Alto, which offers internet services for the real estate market in the Silicon Valley, and a co-owner of Metallguß Schulz GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin, which was the result of a take-over, reprivatisation and restructuring of an aluminium foundry.
Previously, Mr. Schulz was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, Munich & San Francisco, concentrating on projects in information technology, finance and restructuring of companies in East Germany.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Dipl.-Informatiker degree (MSc equivalent in computer science) from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He also studied RISC Technology, Compiler Construction, Parallel Computing at Stanford University, California and Computer Science at the Swiss Technical University, Zurich.
