GUIDO APPENZELLER, PH.D.
Co-founder and CTO of Voltage Security in Silicon Valley. Mr. Appenzeller was named to the 2004 list of the world's 100 Top Young Innovators by Technology Review, MIT's Magazine of Innovation and was nominated as Global Top Tech Pioneer in 2005 by the World Economic Forum in Davos, among 29 pioneers in total in the fields of IT and biotech. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford and an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
Mr. Appenzeller is also the author of over 20 peer-reviewed journal and conference publications, holds several patents and is a frequent invited speaker on topics such as encryption and security.
