is an experienced executive of English nationality with almost 20 years of working experience within the Medical Device Industry.

Graham's most recent experience was as General Manager of Nexan plc, developing a novel, wireless based cardiac and respiratory measurement system for use in the identification of Sleep Disordered breathing.

Prior to that, Graham was the Worldwide Vice President for Research and Development for CRITIKON, the originator of non-invasive automated blood pressure monitoring. Graham was responsible for development groups within both the US and Europe. He also was responsible for the development and introduction of the new range of Blood Pressure monitors that remain World Leaders in their class today.

Previous roles included European responsibility for Regulatory, Clinical and Technical for the CRITIKON Franchise.

Graham also has experience in brand management and was an integral part of new product development and sourcing both within Europe and the rest of the World. Graham's experience includes timely project planning and completion, WW Quality systems, and manufacturing cost optimization activities.

Graham holds a HNC in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurements (Westminster College) applied during 13 years in Medical Physics environment within the UK National Health Service.

Graham worked for Johnson & Johnson in Europe & the US.
