"We were very impressed with how Earlybird did exactly what they said they would do and followed through on it. This made the process more transparent and predictable. This predictability from the company perspective was great as we knew exactly where we were in the process. From the due diligence side, Earlybird did a very thorough job and that helped us come out of it stronger as it forced us to think about our business deeper and helped us articulate all the major issues clearly. While this process was harder than any other $25m fundraising that I have done in the past, it was tremendously helpful to us.

After the closing, the focus is now on building the company together. Even though it is still early, our interactions with Earlybird have been great as they prove open to adapting and changing the process with the change in the market. It is very helpful to have such highly responsive board."
